What is Synergy Concierge?
Synergy Concierge is an in-practice patient portal that allows you to check in for your appointment without waiting for assistance from our reception team. Simply enter your date of birth on the tablet located at the reception desk and the portal will automatically notify the surgery that you’ve arrived.
How Does It Work?
When you arrive for your appointment:
1. Use the tablet at the reception desk.
2. Enter your date of birth into the system.
3. The system will confirm your check-in and notify the surgery, even if our front desk team is occupied.
But that’s not all! The tablet will also prompt you to complete any necessary consent forms, sign your treatment plan and make sure your personal details are up to date. This means no more paperwork delays – everything can be done right from the tablet, ensuring a quick and efficient process.
Security You Can Trust
Your privacy is our priority. Even if someone else has an appointment on the same day and shares your date of birth, the system is designed with an additional layer of security. It will require a second point of reference to confirm the correct patient and keep your records safe.

A ‘Community Fridge’ has been opened in Tunstall by a group of confident female pupils and their teachers at the Co-op Academy! The Westport Road academy is part of the Co-op Academies Trust, which has partnered with national environmental charity Hubbub to both reduce food waste and to offer more support to families in the community. The Community Fridge is the only one of its kind in Stoke-on-Trent, and will be open from 12pm to 2pm on Tuesdays.
